Massive Sportmans charges high courier changes vs Individuals using Aramex and Skynet

Yesterday I went to Sportmans to send my Garmin watch back to the manufacture. The service was terrible, at first they struggled to log my query. After a long drawn out process, the assistant says you going to need to pay for courier. When I asked how much they said R300. I was so shocked, this is not service, Sportmans is a massive company part of a strong group and your courier cost R300. Yet me as an individual can make use of Skynet and Aramex for R100. this is a joke. What happened to volumes getting a lower prices. I opted to drive from centurion to Rosebank and drop the watch off myself and it will still not cost me R300. This is *******.
