Item on sale

I bought a smart watch and a pair of trail shoes on the same day spending close to R5000,00. Within a week the very same watch was on sale? I called the toll free number and asked if they do not have a policy that protects their customers that if you purchase a specific item within a specific period that you will/can enjoy the same discounted price, I was turned down. Its quit strange that Incredible Connection could look into my scenario when I bought a camera, also for a hefty price and within a week the camera went on sale and I received a R1000,00 voucher...but Sportsmans Warehouse would not even look into it?
