Inefficient and unhelpful

Terrible customer service. Restringing expert had taken the day off, so was assisted by a non expert. Had to follow up telephonically about restringing of squash racquet on 3 separate occasions. There were no prices on the energy bars. The cashier complained loudly to colleagues about her shift hours. More sales staff than clients and still inefficient!
