Inefficient After Sales service at Sportsman's warehouse Tokai

Bought a treadmill from S/Warehouse, treadmill stopped functioning, contacted Moresport in JHB (s/warehouse holding company). Moresport advised I called store I purchased treadmill at and log a telephonic request to get a quote and a technician to come out and fix the treadmill. Called Tokai store,spoke to Ismail; who advised me to be physically present in store to do so! I advised Ismail of what Moresport JHB Representative indicated I do. Ismail refused further assistance... called Moresport JHB Representative and advised of my disappointment...he took all my details and promised I would be called back immediately...that was 4 days ago! I use my treadmill on a daily basis and am quite shocked by the lack of professional service in comparison to the service I receive when purchasing the product...what a disappointment! So it seems that I will definitely not be getting the repair done by the 26/3/20 lockdown, as up till now there has been no response to even arrange a technician/ quote!
