Incorrect and faulty Cricket Side Arm

On the 30th October I bought my son a Side Arm Pro Elite Cricket Chucker (Transaction Number 808195). We used it on two occasions till it broke with normal use. The picture showed a pink plastic with black rubber grips. What we received was a rigid clear plastic with a pink rubber grip.

It’s now over the 1 month return policy and I now have to write off R900. I did however want to leave a review to warn future buyers. I was then told "Unfortunately, the time frame for placing reviews had expired and can no longer be reviewed."
