Horrific behavior

I placed an online order last night and called online services if it's possible for me to change the t-shirt and get a black one. I was then told by the person that was assisting me that I can't change the order but I can wait to receive the order and going change the order in store. Then after person that assisting me told me which store has t-shirts . I was then told that sandton has nine units. I have called two times already trying to get assistance. And spoke to the person managing the department. The line has been dropped on me two times already without any assistance.
