Horrible experience - Online shopping @ Sportsman's Warehouse

I bought running shoes on Sportsman's Warehouse Online store, order was placed on 6 January 2019 and I was was promised that delivery will take place between 2 -3 days , and it is now 5 days later no delivery.

I phoned the Customer Care, firstly I was told the goods will be dispatched today Friday, 11 January 2019 and the story on the phone changed to "No Stock" and Sportsman's Warehouse will refund me and they are sorry about that.

What is shocking is that no one phoned me to alert me about the delay and now I was told there is no stock, what a horrible experience Sportsman's Warehouse
