Helpful staff

Great customer service from the team at Sportsmans Warehouse in Balitto lifestyle. I am unsure of the assistants name, it was an indian female. I called in last Saturday and requested for a Liverpool home jersey. She was friendly and helpful. Placed me on hold and immediately returned to say stock was available. Having called numerous sporting shops, i had the call cut on me, transferred multiple times, spoken to like i was a pest or just put on hold and forgetten about. This young lady was like a breath of fresh air. Thank you to the team as well for making my shopping experience a good one. Ladies at the cash desk were very friendly. Will be looking forward to shopping at the Balitto branch more often.
