great client service from Blackheath store

<p>I went to the Blackheath store to return shoes that were defective, I knew the date it was bought, but didn't have the slip. The store manager (Ismail) greatly assisted in tracking down the purchase details, and authorised a refund (as the right size was out of stock). I used the refund to go and buy the exact same shoes from Sportsman's Warehouse (Woodmead), who had the right size in stock.</p> <p>Thank you Ismail and Sportsmans Warehouse Blackheath. </p>
