Graded goods or inferior quality goods sold

I bought a pair of Cricket spikes a month ago, my son played one match and the one spike torn out of the sole, this was a Kookaburra brand, then I went back to swap it out for another pair, this time it was a pair of Adidas, yet again, after three matched the same happened. I mailed the store where I bought it yesterday and up until now nobody contacted me. It feels like the store sells bad quality, graded or inferior goods to the public. I need either another pair or my full refund. I`ve still got the box, but lost the receipt.
