Good service deserves recognition

I had two pairs of D'arcs sunglasses in need of repairs. Checked in with Catherine who was very helpful, efficient and friendly. Thereafter she kept me informed regarding the status of my repairs. Within 8 days the repairs were ready for collection from the Branch at no cost at all. D'Arcs also deserves recognition for the after sales support of their product. Well done to both of you!
