Good service

I recently had a complaint about poor service. The wrong size running shoes were sold to me by Sportsmans in Rondebosch. After sending through a complaint about Tokai branch not being keen on exchanging my shoes due to the other branches mistake it was Faiez Zaindeen who made sure to contact me and remedy the problem. He was professional and enquired to the situation to ensure that things got sorted out. Stuart who also assessed my running and advised on the appropriate shoes was also very helpful.
