Going the extra mile

I would like to take a short moment to mention a special thanks the staff at Sportsmans Warehouse Menlyn- to the store manager Joseph & sales assistant Promise for their persistence and ability to resolve an issue faced with a purchased Garmin device. Both did exceptionally well to deal with my pressure & difficulty on the situation & to go the extra mile to resolve the issue timorously.
