Going the extra mile

I would just like to thank Siphiwe Mtombeni at Sportsmans Warehouse Centurion for her excellent service today. I have been struggling for a while to get a replacement band for my fitbit charge 2, and the band has been broken for a few months now due to use. This morning the band finally broke and my heart just sank. I had to find a band now and to my surprise Sportsmans Warehouse in Centurion had one in stock. I quickly phoned the store and was assisted by Siphiwe Mtombeni. Who went the extra mile to keep the band aside while I made my way to the store. Thank you for the trust, excellent service and greeting me with a smile. It made my day!
