Freesport Trampoline

I bought my daughter a Freesport 10ft trampoline from Menlyn Sportsmans Warehouse on 2025/04/07.

This trampoline is graded to support weights of 100kg. My daughter weighs 70kg.

Problem we have is that the springs keep snapping with my daughter merely bouncing up / down.

No funny Laura Croft / Tomb Raider antics.

I have replaced these broken spring, but the springs keep on breaking.

At the price of the replacement springs it is costing me a fortune.

Why are a supposedly 100kg rating not coping with a child of ONLY 70kg.

When I logged an in-store complaint @ Atterbury-ValueMart branch, i did get a few bigger and stronger springs with no charge, but these are not nearly enough to replace all the broken springs and i am not entirely sure that the combination of different size springs will be safe or effective on the trampoline.

Menlyn-Branch just told me straightforward "NO. I have to buy replacement springs". They ONLY stock the problematic springs anyway. No such bigger and stronger springs as received from Atterbury Valuemart.
