Fourways crossing customer service Samantha

I had the best customer service I have experienced in my life from Samantha from Sportsman's warehouse fourways. In assisting me with swapping a faulty product she went above and beyond to assist in processing the return. Firstly she assisted me in finding the receipt, she sourced the product from another branch and to add to her efficiency when no drivers were available she went and fetched the bike for me from another branch and personally delivered it to my house. I would have understood if I needed to wait but Samantha's efficiency and love for customer service needs to be recognised. In addition her communication was impeccable and she kept in contact me through out the whole period without me asking. Once she delivered the bike I thanked her and even tried to offer her a tip for her great service. She happily declined saying she was only doing her job. Someone like this needs to be recognised and applauded for their dedication to their job and customer service. Thanks Samantha.
