Fourways Crossing

I have shopped at Sportsmans for a while and we have have no issues with the products or the stores! Never had a bad thing to say! I took my squash racket into get restrung the other day. Somewhere along the line the racket was broken.

Rather than excuses or lies the staff offered to repair my racket. The repair job never worked out as planned and the racket was not the same as before.

The Manager called me up and emailed me and sorted out a new racket for me. The way in which the entire situation was handled was amazing! It is so humbling to be treated like a king and have such great service! I will never go anywhere else!

Thank you so much for being so awesome and sorting us out! We will see you soon as it's hockey season and we need to kit out the kids!
