FITBIT WATCH - WARRANTY EXCLUDING BANDS - ACCORDING TO SPORTSMAN WAREHOUSE.

I purchased a Fitbit watch from Sportsman Warehouse, Pavillion, Westville 16/01/2022. In the past week the one band just snapped in half when I was putting on my watch. I then attached the spare larger band that was suppliled to my watch, only to have the clasp on the other band snap off a few days later. I took it into Sportsman warehouse this morning, only to be told that the Warranty does not cover the bands / straps!!! This I found ridiculous, as it is certainly not advised to one when you buy the watch. I then went on Fitbit site to read through the warranty in full and nowhere does it state the exclusion of the bands / or straps from the warranty. Total BS! They just could not be bothered with the hassle of dealing with the claim.
