First Order ever from them Online and Late

Ordered shoes online which showed in stock now no email or nothing from them saying its not out of stock and will take longer I had to email them to inquire about why there is no progress when i track the order i would definitely never buy fro them again I even told the woman responding to my email I would never buy from them again she didn't even respond it just shows their commitment to helping me, so now its going to be 11 days before i have my shoes according to Catherine George
