Faulty Soundcore V20i Earphones Bought From Sportsmans Warehouse

In December 2024 I bought a set of SOUNDCORE V20i bluetooth earphones from Sportsmans Warehouse for running.

Within 3 months the earphone on the one side stopped working and I returned them. They would not give me the option of getting my money back, but would only replace them which I was disappointed about as I no longer trusted the product.

Within another 3 months the exact same thing happened with the new set. So I tried to replace them today (21 June 2025) but they would not replace them or give me my money back.

I had handed in the original slip when I replaced them the first time and even though I had the slip from the replacement, they assumed that the product was out of warranty as it was only a six month warranty. If this is the case it can only have gone out of warranty in the last week. They wouldn't even check on the system to determine these things.

I am very unhappy with this service and the product. Please do not buy Soundcore products. They only last 3 months and they do not tell you upfront that the warranty is only 3 months.
