Faulty Parrot Drone complaint

Hi. I recently purchased a Parrot Drone from Sportsmans Warehouse. Assuming it I contacted Sportsman Warehouse with the above mentioned complaint they refused to deal with the matter and claimed they outsource complaints to a company called Singer Photography. When I contacted Singer Photography they responded and sent a Courier to collect the drone from me for further investigation. After receiving my drone they agreed it was faulty and would replace it with a brand new unit. When I, in turn received the "new" unit I noticed that alot was different to the Drone that I originally purchased. The software and hardware is older than the one I paid for . I contacted Singer Photography again regarding the differences and they advised that the replacement unit was what they had in stock at the time and they were going to investigate and get back to me. 2 months later after following up after receiving no feedback, I followed up with Singer Photography and they rep**** that they had a brand new unit waiting for me on condition that I had not flown the replacement unit they had sent. How do you test a drone without flying it? I have not heard from them since...
