False promises, bad service

I was sent 3 emails telling me my delivery would be one day, which would have been last Friday. Order number LSWC***. Its now Monday and I get a call at 6:40AM (thanks for the wake up call) and the courier company wasn't even given the address for delivery.<br> Great service
