Exceptional Service

Hi - I must compliment the service and customer centricity displayed the Sportsman Warehouse team in Woodmead. Specific compliments to Bongani and Bruce within the branch who have left me with taste of feeling exceptional in the manner they conducted their jobs.

Briefly - Scouting for a bicycle for my son over past 2 months, reached Sportsman warehouse and picked a cycle which met with all requirements. Commitment by Bongani and Bruce ensured I had the cycle delivered in best shape by the time they had promised, even while awaiting receipts I was in receipt of messages both pre and post by Bongani on whether have received the cycle and how is the performance. Fast forward 2 days later, there was an issue with the cycle, called Bongani (he responded even though it was late on Sunday and he was on planned leave for the week) - Completely owned the issue and ensured between him and his management team was able to get me a brand new bike the next day
