I called to enquire about the sauna suit which the Value Mall branch of Sportsmans Warehouse did not have in stock. The Floor Manager, Sonto Ngwenya, ordered the suit from another branch. She kept me informed that the order is still outstanding and when it arrived, she called me for collection. I found that her professionalism and general customer care was really outstanding.
