Excellent service

I went to SW in Cresta to buy 2 pairs of new tekkies. I found the pairs I liked, and bought them. Unfortunately they only had size 10, but I took them as they felt ok. When I got home, I fitted them again, and realised that they were indeed too big for me, as I normally wear a size 9.<br> <br> I went back the next day, and asked if they could exchange it and order me the correct size. The gentleman who helped me (unfortunately I forgot his name) took my details, said that he could source the correct size from another branch, and will be in contact with me.<br> The same day I got an sms from the store advising me of my reference number. Early the next day I was contacted, advising me my shoes has arrived.<br> I promptly went in, returned my size 10 shoes, and got it exchanged for my size 9s.<br> <br> Well done, and great customer service!<br>
