Excellent Customer Service - the model for retaile

I had a complaint regarding a product which was out of warranty. In store I was attended to by Tarquin who in a very professional and efficient manner handled my request and then clearly and concisely and it a manner which made me feel good said it was up to the Regional Office to make a decision and she gave me the contact person.<br> <br> I phone the person and left a voicemail and I was pleasantly surprised when the call was returned within 5 minutes. A Mr. P J Bosman listen to my complaint and within a few minutes said the product would be replaced and that Tarquin would call me back within 15 minutes...this she duly did. The product was replaced and all this between store, regional office was done in 15 minutes and an elapsed time of 2 days as a result of my unavailability.<br> <br> Efficient, friendly, listened to the customer and above all that over and beyond the call of duty.. I say all this a a person who is hard to please. Will definitely recommend this company and store to all who are looking for their product.<br> <br> Thank you all and may the future be great for you all.
