Excellent Customer Service

Excellent Customer Service I bought a Garmin 5x watch, and they told me there is no replacement coming soon (because there were replacements for other models announced). Soon after the newer model 6X appeared, and I logged a query on Sportsmans Warehouse website. Within minutes they called me back and listened to my query. Minutes later the branch manager called me, and told me they will gladly replace with the newer model. Excellent customer service - well done SandtonCity branch!
