EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

We visited Sportsmans Warehouse for the first time on Friday, the 18th of October and what a surprise. We went to enquires about the above round swimming pools as appearing on the retailers website and I really did not expect a lot of assistance or even knowledge about the products. As we entered the store, the specific items that we were looking for, were not available but we were immediately assisted by the staffmembers present by going unto there website to find out what these items look like and from where can it be obtained. Although all the staffmembers we have dealt with were very freindly and helpfull, one of them, with hte name of Kgomotso realy did go more than the extra mile to be of assistance. He phoned other branches trying to get the perticular item we have been interested in and even phoned the supplier to make sure he is presenting us with the correct information on the product. As it is, we are awaiting for the item to arrive and I can honestly not say, when was the last time that I experienced such excellent customer service. We are not even staying in Polokwane but Sportsman Warehouse in Polokwane have won us over. Once again, thank you Guys. You are great!
