Epic service - Sportsmans Warehouse!

I purchased a pair of Nike shoes in August 2025.

When I bought the shoes they squeaked since day one. Eventually I had enough (4th November 2025)

Today I walked into the Gateway store in KZN and explained my issue with my shoe.

The store manager swapped them out with brand new shoes after hearing them. No issues. Nothing.

All they asked for was to show a proof of purchase via my banking app.

I wish more chain stores valued customers like the Gateway store did today!
