Empty promises

Another day has passed and again I am waiting to hear from Sportsman’s Warehouse canal walk... I wanted a pair of Salomon tackies which they don’t have in stock so they OFFERED to order them from Salomon so that I can use my Vitality discount and shoe booster to buy the shoes at their branch. However I have visited the store 3 times, and phoned and emailed them almost daily but every time to empty promises that they will come back to me. In the mean time, it feels like they are waiting for the shoe to sell out of stock so that they don’t have to do anything. Please can I now get someone at head office to deal with because if my size sells out in the mean time I am really going to be very angry because if they hadn’t offered I would have just bought it from Salomon.
