Dropped the ball

I recently purchased an item on the Online store and after my purchase I realized that it was indeed the wrong item. I immediately called the call center to cancel the purchase. I still have not been refunded for the item. After the website update my profile has been erased. I had to reregister on the site, but the email that I need to confirm my email address just never came through!! I would strongly advise against using the Online shop as your purchase history might just be deleted together with all proof af your payments.
