Don’t order at Sportsmans

On the sportsmans website it says that you may order apparel and it will be delivered in stage 4. I ordered R6000 worth of training clothes, because I am a pro athlete who needs to train twice a day. I needed new gear so I ordered. After several days of no reply on my order, I received an email that stated that apparel are not allowed to be delivered? So I am quite confused ? This is not ok for me. I asked for a full refund and cancellation of my order. I will rather order from Nike directly. Now on their website, there is a new msg at the top saying only flagged products will be delivered. So what now sportsmans ? I am truly upset. I have been shopping at Sportsmans my entire life, and now this ?
