DOES NOT HONOUR WARRANTY / POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought a pair of soccer boots for my son in May and 3 weeks later they were starting to come apart at the seam. I took them back and the response was that my son plays soccer on gravel. I explained to them that my son DOES NOT play on gravel but at school and club soccer. They refused to assist even through these shoes are poor quality and are starting to split. I have 3 sons and buy 3-4 pairs of soccer boots from them every year and have never had this problem before (and my sons' play on the same fields as they have always played). Discovery offers discounts at another service provider so i will be buying my soccer boots from there going forward. Sportsman Warehouse also said they would get back to me in 2-3 days and it has been over a week with no follow up phone call. Very disappointing service.
