Do not purchase from them online, Worst customer service ever !

After ordering a pool table online, I have experienced what is, without question, the worst service I have ever received.

I was informed by customer service that I should not follow up repeatedly, as the terms and conditions clearly stated a delivery and installation window of 5–10 days. That 10-day period has now passed, and for the last five days my emails have gone completely unanswered.

I also contacted the customer care line, which provided little to no assistance. Ultimately, I was forced to visit a store in person, where—for the first time—someone made a genuine effort to assist me.

It has now been 10 days since the order was placed, and I still have not even received an installation date, let alone had the table installed within the promised 5–10 day timeframe.

This level of communication and service is unacceptable.
