DO I EVEN MATTER

Don’t you love when you spend your hard earned money on below average stock, being Title boxing gloves. Torn within a few rounds of boxing... with a bag!!! Then to return them to Canal Walk to be confronted and made to feel small in front of other customers as you don’t have a slip but you’ve got the packaging and it clearly has there barcoded label on!!!! Then to agree to leave the gloves with said manager who doesn’t call you back, has an employee call you, No one knows how to answer my questions and I’ve called numerous times to never actually speak to said manager, she never calls back and it’s been over 10 days!!!! What customer service????? Terrible Management, Terrible Customer Service, Terrible Stock= Potential loss of a good customer, brandishing the name to friends and family and anyone in the gym!!!
