Received an email saying Cyber Monday EXTRA 15% OFF. Shop Now. And that the discount would be app**** at the checkout. So I logged in, selected a pair of shoes and paid for them. NO discount was app****. Their online helper (Hershel) said that the shoes were not on promotion so no discount would be allowed. There was absolutely ZERO indication that some items were not on sale or discountable. **** of note tricking people over this weekend!
