Disappointing online service

I ordered 2 pairs of running shoes online. When my order arrived earlier today, both pairs were incorrect. One pair is the wrong size (5 sizes bigger than the pair I ordered) and the other pair are a completely different shoe! I've tried to reach the call centre twice today. Both times I sat waiting for an operator for 30mins before my call was dropped. Feeling very frustrated and disappointed with the online service at Sportmans Warehouse.
