Disappointed with Nike Trouser Quality – Colour Faded After One Wash

I purchased a black Nike trouser from Sportsman’s Warehouse in Blackheath, Randburg on the 20th of April 2025. I’ve only worn the trouser twice and washed it once, following the care instructions. To my disappointment, the colour has faded terribly after just one wash.

For a premium brand like Nike and the price I paid, I expected much better quality. This is highly unacceptable, and I feel let down as a customer.

I kindly request that this matter be investigated and resolved. I would appreciate a replacement, refund, or a fair solution, as this appears to be a defective product.
