Disappointed

I am highly disappointed with the service I received at sportsman warehouse at greenstone Stoneridge. My husband purchased a Huawei gt 2 watch in Dec 2019. We were told if there's any problem with the watch we can bring it anytime and they will give us a brand new one provided we have the original receipt. I went there today 15 March 2020 as my watch keeps freezing and restarts itself. They tell me that they have to send it Huawei first and if they cannot fix the problem they will give me a brand new one which Huawei has to send they cannot and will not give me a brand new one from the store. I am furious as we were not told this the time my husband purchased it. They then said i have to wait 4 weeks till I get it back from repairs. I mean really he paid 5000 for this device and now I must wait, for their reject **** that they sell. Absolutely pathetic to spend that amount of money on something that's faulty after 3 months of use. The manager in that store has no people s****s what so ever! I will never ever purchase anything from sportsman warehouse ever again and this put a really bad taste in my mouth.
