Desperate sales agents

The agents in branch are absolutely desperate to make a sale. Look at them like you would look at a snake or a lion - with a good dose of "This thing would eat me if it could".

I went in to buy a watch. They did not have stock, and I was prepared to drive to another branch. The agents told me I should just place my order at a kiosk - and in a maximum of three days, it will be delivered to my door. I tried this and

1) They got the address wrong. I had to ask them to fix it in store, and again once it was shipped since it was wrong anyway 2) The delivery date is actually not 3 days later, but 5 days later. 3) I had to actually repeatedly follow to figure out points 1) and 2)

Clearly this agent would say anything to get me to buy it, despite indicating that I would be happy to go elsewhere. Turns out what they said just doesn't happen this way.
