Defective watches sold at sportsman warehouse no after sale support

Bought a fitbit watch which was defective, and i was told to go directly to supplier and not store. Fit it than replaced my watch with a used face so disappointing when you spent so much money buying it from your store you dnt inform customer that you don't support if it defective, avoid buying smart watches Sportsman ware house. they dnt support customer only the supplier.
