Damaged Tennis Racket

I took my tennis racket in for restringing. They assured me that qualified people were working there and that they would restring my strings and tension accordingly. Although the stringing was completed correctly, they damaged the 'shaft' of my tennis racket and left a dent and large scratch on it, this racket was brand new and purchased from them! I am very disappointed as they were not honest enough to disclose this.
