CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HELL

My girlfriend purchased the only bmx black mongoose l10 for my birthday online from the gateway store in Durban only to be ridiculed by management for placing a bow on the bike and surprising me,Furthermore it was the incorrect size so I took it back to the store for a credit only to find out that they need to eft the cash back to my girlfriends account after 7 working days as per management . This is the most unpleasant and disgusting customer service ever coming from management also.
