Customer service excellence from Sportsman’s Warehouse- Eike Stad Mall

I went to sportman warehouse in Eike Stad mall & im very impressed by the customer service excellence I received from Gail. I am wheelchair bound, so when I rolled through their doors she politely greeted me & asked if I need any assistance & of course I did. It was such a nice gesture, I never experienced such a warm welcome by any other store that I’ve shopped before. Wow, I was dumbstruck. She further went on helping me get all the items I needed with a smile on her face & she made sure you could give me the correct advice & recommendations as she even asked her manager when she was not sure, instead of just selling anything to me. I was very impressed with her manager as well. They worked together as a great team. I really hope they get commission or recognition they deserve. I will always recommend this specific store in Eike stad mall to everyone. I even later found out that she, Gail, received some bad news the morning, as I like to conversate when I’m so impressed with someone, but I never would have guessed she was going through her own trials. But she’s an asset to any company as she’s a classic example of being focused & providing good customer service, despite what’s happening in your personal life. I will forever do all my fitness & sporting shopping there just because I’ve never experienced such service excellence customer service before. Well done. She’s definitely a keeper. (I hope she doesn’t get into trouble for answering a personal question because I the customer asked her.).

I’ve worked in retail myself before, but I’ve never came across anyone as friendly & efficient as Gail before. Thank you Sportman Warehouse for training & looking after your staff. In retail, you can see when employees are happy with their employers by the way they treat their customers.
