Customer service does not exist

Had a look on the Sportsmans Warehouse website and saw that you can get a R50 discount if you sign up for a newsletter. I signed up and went to buy something and wanted to claim my R50 discount...was told by the cashier that it is only for online purchases. I showed her the website and that it did not state anything about online only. I wrote to customer service 23 May and to date no reply. Had a look at the website again and now in brackets (online only). I've bought many things at Sportsmans Warehouse over the years BUT will never support then again.
