Complaint about services at sportsmans warehouse

I am so utterly disappointed in the service from the sportsmans warehouse at retail crossing Johannesburg. From the start I had issues making a purchase. To start with the staff there were not able to answer a question I had about a product. I continued to ask to purchase the item when they told me they needed to order it and I could have it delivered to my house 3 days later. On the 4th day I called the store to find out where my order was, I was met with extreme unprofessionalism when I was told to calm down by the lady on the phone. I asked to speak to the manager and was assured that it would be looked into. This was on the Friday after my order was placed on Monday. The following Monday after hearing nothing from the store I made a trip down there to enquire about why we were not being assisted. Again, I was assured I’d be contacted with an update. On Tuesday, I had to call them AGAIN, and was given the same excuses as the previous days. I am honestly so disappointed with the overall service of such a well known company. I paid for this item in full and am still not being told where my item is and why it’s not being delivered. We are approaching two weeks waiting for this item.
