Complaint

Good day,

I would like to inform Head Office of the disappointment I have in either their product they are selling or shoddy customer care

During March before lock down I purchased 2x Huawei watches. Within a month the 1 watch's battery charger stopped working I returned to the shop I bought it from only to be told I must take it to Huawei shop in Umhlanga. I traveled all the way there on s Saturday and was told they only deal in phones and I must take it back to where I bought it. I can understand i if the item was older but not happy with this outcome.

I would like a solution to this problem p please work no cost to me.
