complaining about headsets

I purchased my headset in May of this year .It was an online order

This is very disappointing as Sportsman warehouse is a reputable store and I expected atleast a year Before it starts malfunctioning especially because I hardly make use of it.

i have have been mailing them not even one time they get back to me. :(
