Clueless and non response or is this plain ***** ?

I placed and order, I have tried to contact them - via phone only get to hold on but now one to speak to, send email but no response - all i want is to know where is my order since i have paid for this on my card - so they way i feel is that this was ********** and i would warn against using their online services
