Click n wait

Click & collect More like click & wait!!! Wanted to order some trainers for my birthday. Strubensvalley didn’t have my size so we ordered them online to collect from Cresta. We get to Cresta on the same day to collect my shoes which they had in stock… only to be told these are not mine & I need to wait for mine to come in from the Warehouse. The warehouse is based in Cape Town - way to go on your carbon footprint Sportsman’s Warehouse. I then emailed them on the same day after refusing to pay for said shoes again - and asked them to cancel the order & refund me my money. They emailed back 4 days later saying they can’t cancel the order.. they are being prioritised for delivery from CT… guess what.. there are already a few pairs of these shoes in JHB my size that I could of taken on the day that I purchased. Does not make any sense… if I’d of known my shoes were coming from CT I would of bought them from somewhere else. I have a received a msg saying they are ready for collection but guess what I don’t fancy a 3rd visit to Sportsmans warehouse. Refund my money & cancel the order like I said in my email last week.
